Causes of bad organization


Analyzing the production in many garment industry is to see that there are several causes of bad organization and to:

1.      Causes of the work areas of employees
§          poor organization of work,
§          poor transport material,
§          insufficient training of workers,
§          poor working conditions,
§          weak protection in the workplace,
§          fluctuation of employees,
§          inadequate schedule of work and rest,
§          inappropriate system of compensation,
§          poor interpersonal relations and
§          various subjective reasons.


2. Causes in the field of automation and use of the funds:
§         poorly organized maintenance service and repair of sewing machines,
§         non irresponsible management and production lines,
§         chain system installation jobs with immovable tapes,
§         insufficient knowledge of properties of machines and devices,
§         insufficient use of capacity and
§         bad choice of machine capacity and by type.

3. Causes the area of textile materials and energy:
§         accumulation of materials in the warehouse of raw materials,
§         bad use of textile materials (big waste),
§         insufficient control,
§         irrational use of waste (for children's clothes),
§         bad application of the basic textile materials and support,
§         inappropriate application of machines and devices,
§         error in the construction of clothing,
§         bad and the location of energy sources and
§         bad installation.

4. Causes of the methods and organizational procedures:
§   insufficient preparation of the production of clothing,
§   lack of coordination within the company,
§   poorly organized records and control
§   lack of work discipline
§   protection at work
§   ignorance and ergonomics and
§   incomplete technical and technological documentation.
